I'd like to be able to "jump" from a step to another step like the Doepfer Dark time.
Indtend to use midi mapping for live performances
please see the dark time manual page 9 for a indepth description of their "jump" funtion.
Maybe this has to be done using a seperate expander, to be able to midi-map.

Thanks Jens! I have some ideas for the groovebox that might make this possible. I've been contemplating an expansion module that uses a scripting language to control various aspects of the groovebox, and it would be trivial to add a jump feature. Thanks for posting the request!
